Anways this is a more recent pic. What we generally do is brain storm think of a theme and draw it out. Usually with two characters.

AyanamiFan's girl is on the left and mines on the right. Background and color work is usually mix of us both.

We also tend to add alotta background detail when we work together (can't belive i textured that gas planet)
